Following new funding and rapid market growth, Bislab is hiring two Senior Software Engineers to shape our scalable, high-performance platform.

Your Role & Responsibilities

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll take on one of two key roles:

• Software Engineer (DevOps Focus): Build scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and automate security for multi-market expansion.
• Software Engineer (Platform Focus): Ensure Bislab’s API-driven data platform is scalable, reliable, and optimised for real-time fraud detection and financial risk analysis.

Your work will be split between:

• 70% Backend Development (C#/.NET)
• 30% DevOps or Platform Engineering

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with C# and Python (C# is essential, Python is a plus).
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure), scalable systems, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with API-driven architectures and data-intensive platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced startup environment.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs) and large-scale data handling.
• Understanding of financial technology, risk assessment, or fraud detection.
