Bislab is a rapidly scaling innovator in credit assessment and fraud prevention, building sophisticated, API-first products for organizations with complex needs. Our mission: help businesses make smarter decisions through advanced data, AI, and secure, scalable technology – reducing financial distress and protecting companies from crime.

We’re already live in Norway and Sweden, launching in Finland in 2025, and now we’re hiring at least 3 Senior Software Engineers to help develop our secure data platform and expand our products internationally.

We’ve just closed a 𝗡𝗢𝗞 𝟱𝟬𝗠 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱, and are thrilled to welcome PROfounders Capital and Wiski Capital on board as new investors, together with our existing shareholders Frank Vikingstad and Sondo.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll work primarily with C#, Python, Azure, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j to:

• Develop a secure, scalable data platform for analyzing large datasets across borders.
• Build algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection.
• Integrate external data sources and APIs into our products.
• Implement robust security and compliance solutions for sensitive data.
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to deliver high-impact features.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Senior backend engineering experience.
• Is confident with C#, .NET, Azure, SQL/PostgreSQL (Python and Neo4j a plus).
• Understands performance, scalability, and security in distributed systems.
• (plus) Ideally has experience with data-intensive or financial/risk/fraud-related products.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where ownership and initiative are expected.
• Is motivated to help shape the future of a scaling company.
