Job description:

Good hands on in Troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN routing and switching issues.

Good hands on Data Center redesign with high availability configuration between 2 data centers.

Has detailed knowledge of networking protocols like BGP, OSPF, RIP and TCP/ IP protocols.

Suggested and implemented QOS for LAN and WAN part for improving the Voice quality across network infrastructure.

Redesigning of all small offices network with all best practice from lesson learnt to ensure resilient network.

Performed flawless code upgrade for Nexus platform.

Project requirements were clearly understood and network design were proposed to client for their sign off. Project plan, implementation robo plan was documented along with backup plan for change execution.

All critical issues were addressed on priority to avoid major outages.

Transformation and integrations are documented and executed properly.

Ensured project deliverables on time confirming to Quality Standards.

Weekly SLA metrics on incidents are captured and updated to management on regular basis.

Critical components are set with high availability monitoring and customized script to address on priority as proactive measure.

Monitor all risks to customer’s business and set processes in place to address them.
