Head of Corporate Customer Base Analysis

• Has relevant academic degree and/or several years of experience within relevant area of work
• Is advanced in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) skills. Proficiency in using analytical tools, such as Power BI, SPSS, Qlik, etc.

What will be your daily work in this role:

• Working with a team of analysts to provide regular and ad-hoc analytical services to Baltic and Country corporate teams on customer behavior, offerings, sustainability, financing, and cash management
• Interpreting results to support ongoing and coordinated business development and performance reviews, including reporting, business case calculations, forecasting, and setting KPIs/MPIs
• Providing planning and analytical insights for offering and product sales support activities
• Promoting the use of advanced BI tools and develop data-driven services for customers
• Representing Corporate data analytics interests in various projects and initiatives, incl. initiation of relevant improvements and developments in data collection, storage, etc.
• Mentoring the team to develop competences, business acumen and share knowledge within the team and beyond
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
