About this opportunity

We are looking for a driven and experienced product owner to head our CRM and digital sales tools development in our Digital Customer Experience unit in Aktia´s IT organisation. We are responsible for Aktia’s digital customer services such as mobile bank and web bank but also for our internal digital tools that our sales and marketing use. Your role is to lead strategic projects and development roadmap for CRM and internal digital tools in good cooperation with our stakeholders and partners.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the most strategic projects within CRM area, securing the delivery of scope within the planned timeline and budget.
• Planning and visualizing development roadmaps within CRM and sales tools area with business and IT stakeholders as well as prioritizing development.
• Keeping track of development budget.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the CRM and sales tools services.
• Being aware of all development in the digital customer experience area at Aktia to understand dependencies.
• Communicating and co-operating daily with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating tasks and deliveries internally and with our trusted partners.
• Ensuring that deliveries and goals are met in a timely manner.

Needed experience and skills:

• Experience in key roles in successful IT projects, preferably previous experience of project management and/or product ownership role.
• Several years’ experience in CRM related topics, Dynamics is a plus.
• Vision on how to develop CRM and sales tools in the best way in a complexed environment.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and IT development.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Academic degree in relevant field.
