Business Analyst - Freelance

We are looking for a highly structured and analytical consultant to support a document digitalization project within a global organization. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving structured analyses to enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze existing document templates from various locations.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and digitalization of document structures.
• Develop an assessment of the current state, define a target state, and propose actionable steps to bridge the gap.
• Collaborate with internal experts and local teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into digital requirements for template management.
• Present findings, progress, and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to take responsibility and work independently within assigned tasks.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and structure complex documentation.
• Experience in process improvement, document structuring, and digitalization initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain structured workflows.

Based in Malmö, with an expectation to work onsite 1-2 weeks initially, followed by flexibility
