Scrum Master

K&K Social Resources & Development GmbH is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in the Poland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Role : Scrum Master

Location : Krakow, Poland - 1 Day per week onsite

Number of position : 3

Contract Type : B2B & UoP both possible

• Around 8-10 years of experience in working as scrum master
• Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making positive relationships builded on a cooperation
• Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement
• Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education)
• Methodological support (Agile methods)
• Providing objective feedback
• Identification and elimination of impediments that prevent teams from development
• Providing a support in work synchronization between particular units within organization
• Knowledge on agile metrics and measurement across squads
• Experience in working with Agile methodology
• Proactive attitude, openness and courage in an action
• The ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions
• Strong communication skills
• Openness to change and commitment
• Resistance to stress
• Knowledge about Scrum (Certified Scrum Master is a bonus)
• Excellent oral and written English skills
