Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Decision-Making:
• Demonstrate the ability to make key strategic decisions that align with organizational goals and project objectives.
• Analyze project data and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making processes.
• Project Delivery:
• Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to support efficient project execution.
• Team Management:
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing, interchanging teams to support project delivery at each stage.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Change Management:
• Proven experience in implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for project initiatives.
• Benefits Realization:
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure that benefits are realized and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track project performance and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong people and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with change management methodologies and benefits realization frameworks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
