User Experience Designer

We are looking for 3 profiles: 2 UX Researchers and a UI/UX Designer to join our team and work with our clients on creating exceptional user experiences for their customers.

UX Researcher :

What are your responsibilities?

As a UX Researcher, you will lead user research initiatives to ensure a seamless and user-centric digital experience. You will:

• Lead UX research activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to collect key insights.
• Analyze user needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project goals and align research strategies.
• Create personas, user journeys, and interaction models to improve digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to bring insights to life.
• Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to the innovation of UX ResearchOps.

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in UX research, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Proven experience in interaction design, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, PowerPoint, and UX research tools.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate research findings into impactful insights.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

UI/UX Designer :

What are your responsibilities?

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless and user-friendly experiences for digital platforms. You will:

• Translate concepts into intuitive and engaging user flows & interfaces.
• Gather user insights from stakeholders and usability tests to refine designs.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes & mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of digital interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with UX Copywriters, Developers, and Product Owners to bring designs to life.
• Actively contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Zeplin, and design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and Agile workflows.
• Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.
• Fluent in French or Dutch (C1-level), with strong English skills.
• Proactive mindset, great collaboration, and a passion for user-centric design.
