Salary:

• up to 14 200 PLN gross/month (contract of employment)
• up to 940 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience

Work model:

• Hybrid [1 day per week from the office]
• On-site [work from an office located in Warsaw ]

Responsibilities:

• Able to establish, lead and deliver projects. Works independently and assume managerial responsibilities
• Secure efficient execution and deliver the approved objectives and scope within agreed budget/ quality / time using mandatory processes and frameworks
• Expertise within Project Management methodology and keeping yourself updated on best practice.
• Strive for building a strong stakeholder management community

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Knowledge about agile methodology such as Scrum, SAFe on best practice.
• Certifications such as PSM, SAFe, PMI, Prince etc. are required
• Knowledge about VM Ware
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Experience from financial or other highly regulated industry
• Have a strong drive and be resilient, flexible and structured
• Facilitating dialogue, decision making and conflict resolution
• Embrace change, challenge status quo and actively bring in different perspectives in solution building
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to keep people close and engaged.
• Growth mindset, constantly improving self and others
• Strong problem-solving skills
• English B2/C1
