Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team providing risk and compliance support. In this role, you will lead highly complex projects from definition to closure, ensuring successful delivery while balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, driving global change initiatives that impact multiple geographies and business lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, budgets, and risks
• Drive stakeholder engagement, securing buy-in and approvals
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and financial tracking
• Ensure successful change implementation and benefits realization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within financial services or risk & compliance transformation
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives
• Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong financial and budget management capabilities
• PMP, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) certifications (preferred)
