Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with design teams to create impactful promotional materials.
- Manage and analyze brand performance metrics to determine campaign effectiveness.
- Provide support for product launches and promotional events.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Assist in planning and managing the brand budget.
- Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to execute marketing projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management to assess brand performance and strategy.
- Engage with consumers through social media and other platforms to build brand loyalty.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
