Project Manager / Business Analyst – Healthcare Provider

A leading healthcare provider in Dublin is seeking a Project Manager with Business Analysis skills to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on implementations and upgrades. This role will involve coordinating stakeholders, analysing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, capturing, analysing, and summarizing information to coordinate delivery.
• Collaborate with functional leads, subject matter experts, IT, and vendors to accurately capture current processes, perform requirements analysis, and define future processes.
• Support the planning and execution of delivery by developing workstream plans and monitoring workstream performance to ensure timelines are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of clinical application implementation/upgrades.
• Knowledge of structure improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Business analysis background and skills are highly desirable.
