Job Description:

As an AI, ML & RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Your

role will involve working closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and business analysts to understand

requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation,

optimizing processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:

1.Design and develop AI, ML, and RPA solutions to automate and optimize business processes,

utilizing appropriate algorithms, models, and tools.

2.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and identify

opportunities for AI, ML, and RPA applications.

3.Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for AI and ML

modelling.

4.Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business

problems and generate actionable insights.

5.Design and build RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve

operational efficiency.

6.Integrate AI, ML, and RPA solutions into existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring compatibility

and scalability.

7.Perform testing and debugging of AI, ML, and RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and

optimal performance.

8.Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to evaluate model performance, refine algorithms, and

enhance predictive capabilities.

9.Optimize and fine-tune AI, ML, and RPA solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user

experience.

10.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards in all AI, ML, and RPA

implementations.

11.Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in AI, ML, and RPA, and

incorporate them into development practices.

12.Document technical specifications, code, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and

maintain system integrity.

13.Provide support and assistance to stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams in utilizing

and troubleshooting AI, ML, and RPA solutions.

Skills Requirement:

1.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI/ML

libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

2.Experience in developing and deploying RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere,

or Blue Prism.

3.Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised and

unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

4.Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.

5.Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data, including data retrieval, cleaning,

transformation, and integration.

6.Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and

scaling AI/ML solutions.

7.Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Agile,

Git).

8.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business

requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

9.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and

stakeholders.

10.Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and RPA

technologies and advancements.

Education & Experience:

1.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2.Proven experience of at least 3 years in AI, ML, and RPA development, with a focus on designing and

implementing solutions.
