Job Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will lead independent transformation projects to help our clients in their process transformation journey to meet organizational objectives. You will adopt a hands-on approach to help clients maneuver the rapidly changing business landscape under the influence of digital/ process digitalization, customer centricity & automation & artificial intelligence. You will leverage your strong consulting background & expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Consulting & implementation:
2. You'll manage independent projects & work in close collaboration with small teams. You'll be the primary point of contact for client interactions
3. Develop and execute strategic consulting projects, implementing digital transformation initiatives, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
4. Turn data into meaningful insights & transformative solutions
5. Innovate & improvise processes with hard targets for process improvements. Evaluate process changes feasibility with risk assessment & control definition. Work closely with the client to implement changes
6. Problem Solving:
7. Apply exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify & address complex challenges.
8. This includes gathering & analyzing information, formulating, testing hypotheses, developing & communicating recommendations.
9. Program Management: Independently manage and deliver projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client goals.
10. Client Engagement:
11. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional value.
12. You will also present results to client management & implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
13. Domain Knowledge -
14. Vendor Management: Should have good knowledge of IT vendor management frameworks & processes. This includes- Contract Management, Performance Management, Financial Management, Transition (into Operations),Continuous Improvement.
15. IT Supply Chain Management: Experienced in implementing large scale transformations in IT supply chains, preferably within large technology or consulting firms.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or strategy implementation.

Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects independently, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and trends, Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).
