Our Graduate Kickstart Program is designed to attract and develop the next generation of experts in this field. Participants will work on optimizing supply chains, improving flows, and contributing to a sustainable and efficient operation through innovative solutions and data-driven decision-making.
Purpose of the Program
Our Graduate Program aims to attract and develop future experts in supply chain and logistics. Participants will work on optimizing supply chains, improving flows, and contributing to a sustainable and efficient operation through innovative solutions and data-driven decision-making.
Role And Responsibilities
As a participant in the program, you will:
- Analyze, plan, and optimize the supply chain to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Participate in strategic projects in areas such as:
- Production planning and material flows
- Inventory management and distribution
- Transport optimization and sustainable logistics
- Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve flows, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
- Collaborate with global and local teams in procurement, production, and sales to ensure effective information and material flow.
- Utilize digital tools and technologies to implement innovations such as automation, IoT, and data analysis.
- Contribute to sustainability goals by developing eco-friendly logistics solutions and working with circular flows.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant fields such as:
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Engineering or Production
- Transport and Logistics
- Computer Science or Data Analysis with a focus on supply chain
- Experience from internships, thesis work, or projects in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Experience or knowledge of:
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics)
- Planning tools for logistics and production
- Data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Understanding of new technologies in supply chain, such as AI, IoT, automation, and blockchain
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Additional languages, such as German or Chinese, are a plus.

- Analytical: Ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities in complex systems.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong drive to find effective solutions to optimize the supply chain.
