Your Responsibilities

/ Data collection and analysis of market data from various sources using statistical & analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations (e.g. Sales, GfK, Euromonitor, Industry studies, etc.)​

/ Responsible for E2E management of market estimation and refreshment processes in REM; Responsible for organization and coordination of REM Market Review Day/Meetings

/Consult Regional Business Functions & Strategy Steering units as well as REM Countries for business prioritization & performance reviews and enable them for data-driven decision making

/ Reporting and visualization to summarize complex data into easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visual presentations.

/ Scaling data & analytics approaches across REM markets; active involvement from data perspective in relevant regional/ global projects

Your Profile

/ University degree in related departments

/ At least 5-8 years of experience with managing market, consumer and big data & analytics projects; high-impact projects in cross-functional & complex- matrix environments

/ Technical experience and knowledge of the tools, statistical models, machine learning algorithms

/ Strong consumer-centric, innovation-driven, creative and agile mindset

/ Fluency in written and spoken English
