Your life at ITC Infotech

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale and complex projects across whole world. You will work with variety of Stakeholders to ensure that Projects are delivered on time and budget.

1. IT Project Planning and Budget Management

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT project plan, covering all phases and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Incorporate all waves of project implementation, ensuring seamless transitions between different phases.
• Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and constraints related to budgeting and scheduling and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

2. IT Activities Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate all IT-related activities from project initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines for IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and workload distribution among IT teams.
• Adapt to project changes and constraints, ensuring continuous improvement and flexibility in execution.

3. Tracking and Reporting IT Progress

• Monitor workstream progress in line with the agreed project plan and milestones.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure project effectiveness.
• Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks, delays, and risks that may impact project delivery.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into progress, challenges, and potential corrective actions.

4. IT System Implementation (SI Deployment)

• Lead the SI deployment team, ensuring the on-time delivery of the agreed project scope.
• Establish quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in system deployment.
• Ensure smooth integration of new IT solutions with existing infrastructure and business processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to optimize deployment strategies.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Facilitate regular communication and reporting, ensuring stakeholders are informed about project status, key developments, risks, and issues.
• Conduct stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure IT deliverables meet business needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and concerns, balancing business priorities with IT capabilities.

6. Ensuring Business-IT Alignment

• Work closely with business leaders to ensure IT solutions support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring clear understanding among IT teams.
• Ensure that IT processes, tools, and systems contribute to operational efficiency and long-term growth.
• Address potential gaps between business requirements and IT capabilities, proposing alternative solutions where necessary.

Your background

• At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience in IT project management – ability to create and maintain detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate IT activities across all project phases.
• Experience in tracking IT project progress – ability to monitor the execution of IT tasks according to the schedule and report progress against agreed objectives and success metrics.
• Knowledge of IT system implementation management (SI) – experience in leading deployment teams and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of the project scope.
• Stakeholder management skills – ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and project stakeholders, as well as regularly report on status, risks, and issues.
• Experience in aligning IT activities with business needs – ability to manage expectations and ensure compliance between business requirements and IT capabilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills – ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic project environment.
