Program Manager PMO

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Corporate PMO team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and overseeing strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple interconnected projects to achieve program objectives.
• Identify and escalate risks, ensuring stakeholders remain informed on program progress.
• Develop program evaluation methods to assess strengths and areas for improvement.
• Manage resource requirements and support project managers in securing necessary support.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Implement change management strategies, risk mitigation, and performance assessments.
• Develop program budgets and operating plans in alignment with project financials.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365, scheduling tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interface effectively with executive leadership and drive transformation initiatives.
