The Role

As a Growth Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between product development and user acquisition, focusing on building and optimising features for Developer use. You’ll leverage your expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize user-facing features using React and TypeScript
• Implement data-driven growth strategies, including A/B testing, conversion optimisation, and viral loops
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive adoption and retention
• Work with on-chain data and smart contracts to enhance user experiences in the EVM ecosystem
• Analyze key performance metrics and iterate quickly on growth-driven features
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5+ years of experience in frontend development, with expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of performance optimisation and scalability in web applications
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks, analytics tools, and growth experimentation
• Familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, and Web3.js/ethers.js
• Passion for Web3, crypto, and decentralised applications
