Are you an experienced Change & Communications Manager ready to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives? This client is looking for a someone to drive innovation across Zero Trust Security, DevSecOps/Zero Touch Deployment, Hybrid Hosting, and more. Your expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications will be critical in ensuring seamless transitions within our Technology Platform environment (operations, platform, tooling, and security).

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop and execute change management strategies to support business initiatives and regulatory transformations.

✔ Engage and influence stakeholders across senior leadership, business units, and project teams to foster a culture of collaboration.

✔ Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

✔ Design and deliver communication and training programs that empower teams to embrace change.

✔ Lead and monitor change initiatives, tracking performance and adjusting strategies for optimal adoption.

✔ Continuously improve change frameworks, leveraging industry best practices and regulatory insights.

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 5-10 years’ experience in change management, ideally within financial services.

✅ Proven success in digital transformation projects with a deep understanding of financial technologies.

✅ Strong stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives.

✅ Exceptional communication skills (native English), with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

✅ Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive impactful change.

✅ Project management expertise with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives effectively.

✅ Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is highly desirable.
