In this role, you will be responsible for managing event registration systems, digital engagement tools, and data security processes. Your expertise in IT support, data management, and digital communication will help streamline operations and enhance user experience.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Oversee event registration systems, ensuring seamless user experience and data accuracy.
• Manage digital engagement tools, websites, and communication platforms.
• Provide IT support for event-related systems and assist teams with Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and GDPR regulations.
• Monitor security levels and ensure correct message routing through internal systems.
• Support chatbot integration and digital automation for enhanced event communication.
• Analyze data for improved event performance and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth digital operations.

This is for you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in digital systems, IT support, or event registration management.
• Strong understanding of system logic, data security, and communication platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.
• Experience with website and content management systems (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues and support users in digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for event management
