As they scale, they are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python expertise to join their engineering team. This role will involve building and optimizing backend services, developing scalable APIs, and ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce and logistics platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Python.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices.
• Work on integrations with third-party e-commerce and logistics platforms.
• Ensure high availability and performance of the system.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver impactful features.
• Operate in a cloud-based environment with a strong DevOps culture.

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask for building scalable applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
