As a Lead Digital Security Manager (Chief Information Security Officer), Baltics, you will be responsible for defining and leading implementation of the Information Security strategy and managing Information Security Compliance and Operations in DPD Baltics.
Your Main Functionalities and Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define and implement DPD Baltics IT Security strategy;
- Manage Information Security team and services;
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of the Organization’s Information Security Policy and its supporting documents;
- Ensure compliance with mandatory Information Security standards and requirements;
- Ensure Information Security Risk assessment in new projects, IT changes, Vulnerabilities management process;
- Contribute to organization projects and IT changes with Information Security solution architecture support;
- Plan and organize periodical Information Systems penetration tests and define penetration tests scope;
- Information Security function budget planning and control;
- Contribute and lead Information Security Operations; Ownership of Identity and Access and IT risk management processes;
- Constantly improve the quality of the Information Security services and indicators (KPIs).
- Organize Information Security awareness training among general management and across all IT users and professionals and all company employees.
- Consulting the organization's management and employees on making the most appropriate and effective IT security decisions.
- Lead communication and represent the organization in communication with external IT Security auditors or National Information Security authorities.
Our Requirements:
• At least 10 years of work experience in the IT field or Information Security field are required
• At least 3 years of work experience in the Information Security field;
• Team management experience;
• Experience in Information Security standards implementation and compliance monitoring (advantage ISO27 family);
• IT Security solutions architecture, implementation, and maintenance.
• Negotiations with IT vendors and suppliers.
• Information Security Risk management.
• Enterprise IT governance.
• Deep understanding in IT solutions development and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and within the team.
• Excellent communication skills (ability to translate business requirements to the tasks, ability to clearly and reasonably present ideas)
• Strategic, analytical thinking, responsible attitude to work. Appropriate attention to details
• Focus on results and customer needs.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages (oral and written)
• Ability to present ideas in a language understandable to business and customers
• Valid driving license
