Product and Buying Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably textile engineering), Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferably working as a Buying Manager / Junior Buying Manager / Merchandiser / Buyer / Product Manager / Junior Product Manager.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in buying or product areas (preferly Men's Vision - Knitt/Woven/Tricot).
• Experienced in analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Highly curious and eager to learn, with a research-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Experienced in strategy, process, and system improvement processes.
• Proficient in foreign languages at an advanced level (preferably fluent in English).

• Sourcing products that align with customers' styles, needs, and budgets for the assigned brand while showcasing them effectively.
• Achieving financial/customer/employee/supplier satisfaction goals within the framework of organizational principles.
• Developing processes, systems, and organizational structures to meet transformation goals related to:
• Timelines, Quality, Pricing, Fabric management, Supplier management
• Creating a high-performance team climate conducive to success.
• Managing goal setting, planning, direction-setting, development activities, coordination tasks, and control measures effectively.
• Ensuring accountability by making performance visible across the organization.
• Identifying potential risks and managing them proactively.
