Solutions Architect - Data & Analytics

What are we looking for?

Searce is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping customers with data and analytics applications at scale. Our Data and Analytics practice team has a bunch of experienced technology consultants who’ve got there by actually building awesome architectures. They come with technical breadth to understand the entire spectrum of infra, data and application solutions and yet don't hesitate to jump deeper and troubleshoot an error on the console. Having strong interpersonal skills, a Solutions Engineer, will work directly with some of our largest and fastest growing customers to enable innovation through continuous deployment of cloud native technology stacks and advanced cloud solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using google native products like Pub/Sub, DataFlow, Cloud Functions, Google BigQuery and Looker
• Create Solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using AWS products like S3, Redshift, QuickSight and AWs SageMaker
• Build High performance scalable architecture presentations and generate SOW for customer Data Engineering and Analytics Projects
• Involve yourself in Pre-sales of Data Engineering projects involving IoT, Streaming Data, Unstructured Data, Structured Data and variety of other data sources
• Involve yourself in Analytics architecture discussions and lead the team technically
• Keep pace with new architectures and newer Google, AWS, etc products
• Be a Searce Cloud evangelist. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of various services and benefits offered by Searce and partner OEMs.
• Author or otherwise contribute to Searce’s customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and proof of concepts
• In partnership with the sales team, formulate, and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of cloud platform products and services
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Cloud solutions architect community
• Must be able to write White Papers to promote or highlight the features of a solution, product, or service that an organization offers and how that solution is impacting the customer for their business growth and business value
• Ability to arrange whiteboarding sessions to collaborate and share ideas with different stakeholders

Qualification

Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and preferably an MBA.

Any current AWS Cloud Certifications will be an added benefit and extra points if this is Professional Cloud Architect

1. A result-oriented individual, driven with passion and the ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems, Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including emoji fluency); a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
3. A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections. Problem solving is in your DNA!
4. Must be certified on Google and/OR AWS Cloud products ( Cloud Architect preferred)
