Job Descriptions

The Development Operations (DevOps) role focuses on optimizing and streamlining the development, testing, and deployment processes for software applications. This role collaborates closely with development and IT teams to ensure efficient workflows, robust automation, and high-quality releases, aiming to enhance productivity, stability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for optimizing applications.
Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient, collaborating with system administrators.
Work with development teams to identify and implement improvements in development practices.
Manage version control systems, continuous integration tools, and deployment automation tools.
Foster a culture of collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams.

Requirements

Strong experience in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Shell, Ansible).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and software management practices.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or systems engineering.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
Strong communication skills to work across teams effectively.
