ملخص الوظيفة:

إنتاج محتوى مرئي ومسموع متميز وحصري يتناسب مع المنصات الرقمية المختلفة في العين الإخبارية، ويحقق الأهداف والاستراتيجية الخاصة، بالمؤسسة وتقديمه بقوالب غير نمطية وبمستوى عالٍ يجذب اهتمام الجمهور.

المسؤوليات / المهام الرئيسية المطلوبة:

إعداد مواد مرئية ومسموعة تواكب التغييرات على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لتقدم بجودة عالية مع ضمان تطوير طريقة عرض المحتوى بشكل مستمر بما يواكب التحولات في مجال الإنتاج المرئي.

إعداد الأفكار البرامجية واليومية واقتراح القوالب المناسبة لإنتاج هذه الأفكار على أن تكون مميزة وغير نمطية للمحافظة على التجدد في الطرح والتنفيذ.

صناعة وانتاج محتوى فيديو متكامل بالصوت والصورة بداية من البحث وصولاً إلى التنفيذ الفني.

مراجعة الفيديو بعد التنفيذ وقبل التحويل للنشر للتأكد من صحته تحريرياً وفنياً إلى جانب متابعة دورة الإنتاج اليومية.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الصحافة أو الإعلام أو مؤهل عالي مناسب.

أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة في نفس التخصص.

خبرة في المؤسسات الإعلامية والمواقع الإخبارية.

إتقان مهارة التعليق الصوتي.

يجيد التعامل مع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

يتقن التعامل مع مبادئ التسويق الرقمي وتحسين محركات البحث.

لديه الخبرة على برنامج بريميير وفوتوشوب.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية - قراءة وكتابة.

Job Title: Program Producer

We cater to a broad audience through our multilingual website, providing content in Arabic, Farsi, French, Turkish, and Amharic languages. With regional offices in Cairo, Addis Ababa, and Alexandria, Al Ain News ensures a comprehensive and global presence.

Job Summary:

Producing distinct and exclusive visual and audio content that is compatible with the various digital platforms in Al Ain News, and achieves the organization’s goals and strategy, and presenting it in non-stereotypical formats and at a high level that attracts the audience’s interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing visual and audio materials that keep pace with changes on social media platforms to be presented in high quality while ensuring the continuous development of the method of displaying content to keep pace with transformations in the field of visual production.
• Preparing programmatic and daily ideas and proposing appropriate templates for producing these ideas, provided that they are distinctive and non-typical in order to maintain innovation in presentation and implementation.
• Creating and producing integrated video content with audio and video, starting from research all the way to technical implementation.
• Review the video after implementation and before converting for publication to ensure its editorial and technical accuracy, in addition to following up on the daily production cycle.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or media or an appropriate higher qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience in the same specialty.
• Experience in media organizations and news websites.
• Mastering the skill of voiceover.
• Proficient in dealing with social media platforms.
• Proficient in dealing with the principles of digital marketing and search engine optimization.
• Has experience with Premiere and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in English - reading and writing.
