Our product development team is located in Tampere; locality and daily interaction with people are essential to this task. Remote working is partially possible, but please be ready to be part of our team at our office in Kaleva, Tampere.

What we expect from you

You might be interested in the gaming industry, but you don’t necessarily want to make games for a living. Simulator development has similar principles to game development, although the pace of progress is slower than in games. We are looking for a professional for our customer projects, so we hope you are already an experienced professional and have at least 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming. We also hope you have experience in the following:

• Object-oriented programming / C++
• Windows Desktop environment
• Visual Studio
• Physics/mathematics skills
• real-time computation
• interest in the functioning and interaction of mechanisms
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Unity, Unreal, etc.)
• Interest in the machine world
• Knowledge of machine systems (CAN, sensors, interfaces, I/Os, analogue, digital, etc.)
• C# skills are a good addition to your technology toolkit

We design and manufacture simulator solutions for the product development and training needs of our customers’ mobile work machines. The solutions are based on our product platform, which we develop independently alongside customer customizations. In projects, you will be part of the international Gofore organization, so you must be able to operate fluently in English. German language skills are considered an advantage.
