Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the strategic development and growth of our water metering solutions. This role will focus on managing the product lifecycle, defining market requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in water metering technologies, IoT, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Market & Customer Research: Gather insights through direct customer interactions, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Work closely with engineering, R&D, and software teams to define product specifications, prioritize features, and oversee development timelines.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to launch new products, create compelling value propositions, and drive adoption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine and optimize products.
• Compliance & Industry Standards: Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry certifications, and emerging technologies impacting water metering solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management within water metering, utilities, or IoT industries.
• Strong understanding of water metering technologies, AMI/AMR systems, and smart grid applications.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international).
