About The Role

• Lead the next growth phase of Sygnum's crypto derivatives product suite.
• Continously refine Sygnum's target operating model with regards to issuance of products, trading, risk management and capital efficiency.
• Establish and manage relationships with third-party service providers, trading venues and liquidity providers.
• Participate in client meetings as subject matter expert, understand client needs and translate them into products.
• Provide thought leadership on crypto derivatives and represent the bank in industry discussions and events.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to keep the product offering competitive.
• Work closely with a broad set of stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and capital requirements.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in trading, structuring, or managing derivatives, ideally in crypto or traditional finance.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements for derivatives trading, capital requirements, and compliance considerations in a banking environment.
• Experience in setting up and managing product issuance vehicles for derivatives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party providers, exchanges, and liquidity sources.
• Hands-on approach with strong project management skills and ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate regulatory and operational challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
