Project Management (PMO)

We are looking for a PMO to join our team!

Tasks and responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with goals, hereby assisting with ongoing program milestones and strategic initiatives.
• · Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for the delivery hub, analyzing data and providing regular performance reports.
• · Prepare and facilitate internal leadership meetings (organizing agendas, documenting minutes, following up with action items, etc.)
• · Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for program management.
• · Conduct research and analysis on topics relevant to the managements’ strategic priorities and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
• · Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the management.
• · Anticipate the needs of management and proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• · Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• · Ideate and facilitate events relevant for the company.

Qualifications

• · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a STEM related field.
• · 2+ years of relevant professional experience e.g. in consulting, strategic project management, etc. preferably in a software development environment
• · Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are highly desirable.
• · High proficiency in MS office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).
• · Understanding of agile and project methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, OKR).
• · Quick learning capabilities with a growth mindset that seeks new challenges and thrives in uncertain environments.
• · Can communicate, collaborate, and build relationships effectively with a diverse set of people and backgrounds.
• · An analytical and strategic mindset approaching challenges in a very structured and solution-oriented manner.
• · Excellent self-organization skills and highly structured way of working that help you thrive in a demanding and volatile work environment.
• · Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written, German is a plus.
• · A high degree of integrity and flexibility.
• · A hands-on mentality and ownership thinking to quickly take on responsibility and proactively drive topics and initiatives.
