Project Manager

Location: Krakow, hybrid model - 2x per week at the office.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical initiative focused on enhancing operational resilience across our global technology teams.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and governance to ensure risk visibility, mitigation, and control. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and within scope while adhering to internal control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led a key global initiative to improve operational resilience across technology teams.
• Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Engage and influence diverse stakeholders across technology, risk, and leadership teams.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor project risks and drive informed decision-making to ensure successful delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and control effectiveness to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Project Management Expertise: Experience delivering projects in technology, risk, or compliance environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Delivery Focus: Track record of managing end-to-end projects aligned with risk frameworks.
• Methodologies & Tools: Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Problem-solving: Strong decision-making skills with a proactive risk assessment approach.
• Communication Skills: Effective in conveying project updates and risks to senior stakeholders.
