Our team is an extension of the client's one, that integrates network intrusion detection systems in the next-generation firewall.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced and motivated engineer with practical experience in Cyber Security technologies
• Proficient in networking technologies, including the TCP/IP stack and corresponding protocols
• Understanding how firewalls, routers, and switches operate on the OSI layer level
• Skilled in scripting languages, particularly Python
• Well-versed in Unix/Linux (Ubuntu) operational systems, with configuration via the command line
• Confident in stack troubleshooting using Wireshark
• Experienced with test frameworks, black box test design techniques, and the software lifecycle
• Proficient in estimation, planning, building test cases, and executing testing activities
• Knowledgeable in tcpreplay, tcpdump, and tshark for recording and running network traffic
• Familiar with penetration testing (would be a plus)
• Experienced with Perl, Java, or C++ (nice to have)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Utilize networking technologies, analyze traffic, and elaborate product improvements
• Learn and work with custom traffic tools
• Perform black box testing for the components, systems, applications, devices, and platforms as part of the release processes applying test framework
• Develop and design comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Implement tests, identify, document, and track defects and issues, providing detailed reports to the development team for resolution
• Participate in retrospectives and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality
