In order to advance our product development, we are looking for a highly motivated medior or early career AI Engineer to join our team.

How You Will Make An Impact

As an AI Engineer you will be a critical part of our product development efforts. You are a pragmatic, hands-on problem solver who can turn AI and NLP research into real-world solutions to be integrated into our ESG reporting solutions. This role is all about building, deploying, and optimizing AI systems that deliver real impact. For this position we regret that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship but we are open to remote candidates who are based within a comparable timezone.

Your Team Will Work On

• Build & Optimize AI Pipelines: Design, develop, and fine-tune AI pipelines, agents, and back-end services for data processing, analysis, and information extraction using deep learning frameworks and generative models.
• Develop Practical AI Solutions: Move beyond theory to build functional generative AI and NLP systems that generate meaningful, contextually relevant text.
• Data-Driven Implementation: Work with data engineers to preprocess and curate datasets for training, testing, and fine-tuning AI models, ensuring high-quality and reliable data.
• Measure & Improve: Establish evaluation frameworks to assess AI pipeline performance and iterate efficiently based on results and user feedback.
• Integrate AI into Products: Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to bring AI capabilities into production, ensuring they provide real business value.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Above all, we value a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving.
• Education & Experience: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on NLP and AI—or equivalent practical experience.
• Programming Expertise: Strong Python skills with deep knowledge of best practices, clean coding, and efficient implementations.
• Practical AI Development: Proven ability to design and implement high-performance AI pipelines for data processing, analysis, and information extraction.
• NLP Experience: 2+ years working with NLP techniques, solid understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, embeddings, semantic search and language modeling.
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with generative models and libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI APIs is highly desirable.
• Data Handling & Model Training: Experience with large-scale dataset preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI models.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

It’s an advantage if you have any of the following:

• Startup or Fast-Paced Tech Experience: Prior experience in a startup or dynamic tech environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
• AI Product Development: Hands-on experience bringing AI-driven products to life, from concept to deployment.
• Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in PyTorch for building, training, and evaluating generative models (e.g., GPT, Transformers) is a strong plus.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Practical experience leveraging Azure services for machine learning, particularly Azure AI Foundry.
• Kubernetes Knowledge: Familiarity with container orchestration and deployment in production environments.
