Commercial builder with over 30 years of success are expanding their team with a new Project Manager

Your new company

This commercial construction company is steered by excellent leadership, having successfully delivered a range of commercial projects for decades. They have been steady, and continue to win work across Education, Health and Aged Care, regularly delivering projects up to $15m throughout Melbourne. Due to winning new works they are looking to expand the team with a new Project Manager, and are paying up to $180k + Super (some variance on this for experience and skill of the candidate)

Your new role

• Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Strong background in education, health, and aged care projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
