Project Manager

Our Client

This group deliver boutique apartment and commercial projects up to $40 mil. All their work is negotiated with repeat clients and the Directors are heavily involved on projects to provide support to staff. They need a Project Manager for a $30 mil, 4 level apartment project.

About the Role

Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for

• Management of project budget and cost reports.
• Client management and running PCG's.
• Management of site team and contract administrator.
• Design and consultant management.
• Present monthly project reports to directors.

About You

You will ideally have experience working on commercial or apartment projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. Previous experience working on new build apartment commercial projects will be looked upon favorably.
