Middle Java Software Engineer

IF YOU ARE

• Strong in software design and development experience
• Well-versed in Object-oriented programming (OOP) and Java
• Adept at relational databases
• Skilled in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Motivated, and capable of resolving blockers being directed
• A skilled communicator with a collaborative spirit to proactively communicate questions, blockers, and updates
• Effective at clearly communicating your ideas in English
• Aware of Spring framework (as a strong win)
• Experienced with service-oriented architecture and distributed systems (as an advantage)
• Confident in CI/CD pipelines (would be a plus)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers across the team to tackle technical challenges specific to the international market
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code
• Be deeply engaged and learn the full development lifecycle designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software
• Learn and improve your technical expertise during architectural design discussions and through hands-on mentorship by other senior engineers
• Contribute and learn to implement a design and service-oriented architecture for International products
• Perform backend software development, and help debug across various microservices and databases
• Engage with engineering colleagues to design solutions to small problems
