Project Manager Intern (6-Month Internship)

At Storyteq, our Creative Automation Platform generates over 100,000 videos and banners automatically on a weekly basis. To be able to do so, videos and banners, designed by our clients, must be adapted from open creative files into Dynamic Templates. This can be done by our clients themselves by using our in-house developed tools or, if they lack the time or expertise, by our Platform Services team. These templates and the media they produce both need to perfectly match our client's requirements. This is where you come in!

During the Project Manager Internship, you'll learn all about Project Execution and Creative Automation in a fast-paced environment and a quickly growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the templates and media delivered to our biggest enterprise clients (such as McDonald's, Heineken, Nivea, and Perfetti) are on time and perfectly tested. You'll make sure the rendered assets meet the client's expectations and match the requirements that were shared during the briefing. Nothing gets passed you without being sure it's all perfect. You'll help other project managers prepare for meetings and presentations and join meetings to learn everything you need and want to know. You'll work closely with the rest of the Platform Services team and will be guided by the team of Project Managers during your internship, focusing on developing your project management skills to the next level! 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of the production of digital assets by using the Storyteq tools
• Assuring templates meet and exceed clients' expectations by testing and improving
• Coordinating preparations for client pitches & implementations
• Have an active role in improving internal workflows and contribute to the success of the full team
