Technical Assistant

Role Description

This role primarily assists Head of Design & Approvals Team perform his duties. This role manages the daily affairs of the LDP (Leadership) office. Additionally manages a team of Trainees and Apprentices for setting vision, strategies and performing R&D.

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Maintain all Documents relevant to Studio management on behalf of Ho DAT (Head of Design & Approvals Team)
• Technical understanding of the design process and coordination requirements
• Closely work with Ho DAT on the Research and Development required for Studio Implementation.
• Prepare Design summary, Technical, Non-Technical and Financial Reports as needed
• Liaise with Department heads to organize all deliverable and tasks assigned
• Maintain the task register for self and as assigned by Ho D&E to other heads for close follow up and closure
• Minute meetings within Ho DAT Office
• Organize Travel, Meetings and events as needed for the Business operations
• Audit Reports prior to submitting for signatures
• Analyze issues and participate in problem solving as needed for Business Operations by the Ho DAT Office for General Administrative and Technical needs
• Draft Letters and prepare copy for snippets shared by Ho DAT
• Handle Office Communications on behalf of Ho DAT
• Assist in Data collection, management, interpretation, and deriving strategies out of it.
• Be a front runner in creating business automation and create dash boards/MIS reports for the Ho DAT

Skills

• Expert level in MS office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Expert level in Document Management
• Expert in Design Management Documentation
• Excellent Communication skills

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Architecture/ Any Engineering Degree or Equivalent

10+ years of Experience in handling C Suite Executives
