How You Succeed

OCBC Global Wholesale Banking is looking for a Product Owner to lead and drive the execution of our Credit Journey via an agile framework.

Key to this role is being able to work with varying teams of functional specialists comprising of credit risk, risk policy, operations, engineers and designers across geographies to ensure the seamless delivery of an end-to-end solution that fits the needs of our business.

You will be part of the GWB Modernisation Platform department.

What You Do

• Ideate, design, and launch digital solutions for GWB Credit Journey
• Re-engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation
• Advance the innovation and digital culture, manage the transformation actively and provide the right solutions without over-engineering
  
  

Job Qualifications

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Banking or related to Credit Risk Management processes and policies
• Demonstrates a focused desire to build amazing products and services
• Confident communicator with interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• An analytical mindset and a meticulous disposition with an eye for detail
• Working knowledge of Agile development frameworks
