IT Operating Model Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Operating Model Project Manager to lead organisational design, change management, and IT operating model development. The role includes elements of cybersecurity process integration to ensure security is embedded in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT operating models.
• Lead organisational change and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
• Manage vendors and oversee project delivery.
• Apply risk management principles to IT operations.
• Ensure cybersecurity processes align with business needs.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in IT operating models and organisational change.
• Background in project management within IT.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity processes is beneficial.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating projects.
• Comfortable working hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

Location & Rate:

• Portsmouth (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
• Contract Inside IR35 (negotiable day rate)
