About the Role:

As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting a small, dynamic HR with the coordination and administration of key HR processes across the employee life cycle. You will contribute to key HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks while learning and growing within the organisation, and the delivery of high-quality service to employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR systems & documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Learning & Development: Contribute to employee engagement strategies aligned with the company’s values and goals.
  • HR & Operational Support: Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system queries.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and manage employee variations.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Use data and insights to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional service or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
