Missions
- Partner with stakeholders, including private asset managers and operational teams, to deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee critical workflows such as capital calls, equalization, lock-ups, and fund lifecycle management.
- Define, document, and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored to private assets.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, iteration planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to validate private asset solutions and ensure accuracy.
- Create prototypes, process flows, and documentation to support project deliverables.
- Analyze and optimize private asset operations to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in private asset investment operations or a similar domain.
- Proven success in delivering solutions and managing testing in Agile environments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic business setting.
- Strong knowledge of private asset structures, investor onboarding, and financial workflows.
- Familiarity with tools for managing data models, configuration workbooks, and functional designs.
- Basic technical skills (e.g., databases, cloud platforms, or programming).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
