Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and self-driven Sustainability Performance Manager who will be ready to contribute to our dynamic team environment and take responsibility for the execution of Sustainability transformation projects
This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere within Europe where Tetra Pak is present.
What You Will Do
Data management & external reporting:
- Coordinate data tracking and performance visualisation with data experts from the different sustainability units
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing sustainability performance data.
- Lead voluntary external sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Track and analyse sustainability KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare Strategic pulse and KPIs review for the sustainability pillar and sustainability organisation
- Support the sustainability team in decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated into business operations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate Tetra Pak's sustainability performance.
- Conduct regular sustainability performance reviews and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure continuous improvement in sustainability performance through benchmarking and performance assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sustainability performance management or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
- Experience with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite would be considered an asset.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Knowledge of current sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
