Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?

Our Flex-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment.

As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team

Join the COO division and become part of the Chief Data Office (CDO). During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into Data Management topics. Enterprise Data Capabilities, Data Management and Architecture, Data Governance, Intelligence Process Automation, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Culture & AI Governance are the main streams within CDO. As a Graduate, you will be actively part of the CDO journey to implement the Group Data Strategy.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As a Graduate you will be part of the CDO family with exposure to multiple initiatives:

• Build and support data-driven enterprise capabilities towards the the strategic future state: the Data Marketplace
• Enable standardised common language, harmonized data models and transparent data cataloguing towards the strategic ambitions to lower costs and reduce complexity of the data landscape
• Data Governance: policies and standards
• Support streamlining of processes by enabling and measuring process management, delivering tactical and strategic intelligent automation capabilities
• Optimise data quality across the data lifecycle
• Improve data lifecycle and records management, ensuring compliance with data protection and archiving regulations
• Strengthen data literacy and a culture that views "data as an asset"; establish enterprise AI governance for efficient and compliant value delivery
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in business administration, data science, data analytics, banking & finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience with data modelling and data visualization is a plus
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
