Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in large, complex environments.
  • Lead and oversee the successful enablement and ongoing support of HR ServiceNow (HRSD) solutions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of HR ServiceNow deployments, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow workflows to meet business needs and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRSD solutions and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong product management experience, with a focus on enabling and supporting HR ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows to streamline HR processes.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead HRSD implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery and support.
