User Experience Designer

UX/UI Designer

Contract: 3 months (with possible extenion and conversion)

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design & Research

• Analyze user data and feedback to inform and enhance design decisions.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design choices and improve user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on research insights and stakeholder feedback.

UI/Visual Design

• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products.
• Develop a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the brand.
• Design interactive elements to ensure a seamless user experience.

Presentation & Communication Design

• Optimize PowerPoint presentations by enhancing layout, flow, and design consistency for clarity and impact.
• Create engaging and visually appealing newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, ensuring optimal engagement across different devices.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with developers to refine and implement interactive components.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to align designs with business and project goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design expertise.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• User-Centered Approach: Strong understanding of UX principles, best practices, and design systems.
• Research & Testing: Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
