The Operations Reporting Analyst at IREN will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on the operational performance of our global mining operations. This position will process, reconcile and analyse various operational data for reporting purposes and give the employee unique visibility over all the operational segments of a bitcoin mining and AI cloud business.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodical reports using operational data
  • Coordinate internal and audit processes
  • Be the main point of contact for other departments for Operations reporting
  • Support Operations corporate team’s workstreams for data processing and analysis
  • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets as required
  • Support operations’ capex tracking in coordination with the Finance team


Desired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in Finance, Business or Analytics is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience, preferably in the energy or finance sector.
  • Full proficiency in Excel; strong command of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience designing and maintaining structured spreadsheet templates.
  • Excellent attention to details and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Team player with strong desire for growth and development
  • IREN operates across multiple countries / time zones. Must have a flexible approach to work hours
