All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Reporting and Roadmap
As a Sustainability Graduate, you'll support our team in navigating the evolving landscape of sustainability, addressing new challenges such as preparing and creating our first sustainability report and steering our decarbonization roadmap. Your contributions will ensure compliance with relevant sustainability reporting standards and frameworks and provide critical support to internal stakeholders. Working closely with the sustainability manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day business, including presentations and meetings. You'll track global trends and developments in sustainability reporting relevant to our business, systematically report these updates, and maintain close alignment with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll support overarching sustainability projects and initiatives, particularly focusing on decarbonization efforts and our corporate water footprint. This role provides a well-rounded experience in sustainability, equipping you with the skills and knowledge for future opportunities in the field.
Circularity and Packaging
As a Sustainability Graduate, you'll contribute to Red Bulls overarching sustainability projects and initiatives by working closely with the entire sustainability team. In a constantly changing sustainability landscape, you will encounter diverse tasks and challenges daily and help ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and frameworks. In this role you`ll support our team in in day-to-day business, with a particular focus on circularity and packaging sustainability. This involves preparing for upcoming packaging regulations and steering circularity efforts. You'll track global sustainability trends and developments, systematically monitor relevant updates, and maintain close alignment with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll help with executing regulatory requirements, implementing Deposit Return Schemes, and supporting recycling initiatives related to our products. This role provides a comprehensive experience in sustainability, equipping you with the skills and knowledge for future opportunities in the field.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,303 gross per month.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025.
- You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
- You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
- Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,303 gross per month.
